The brief was not "make a nicer education website." It was to show a service model competitors rarely show, clearly and early: healthcare only, transparent, and end to end.
01
Decision anxiety
Which course? India or abroad? Which university?
02
Trust anxiety
Will this consultant guide me honestly, or sell me an expensive option?
03
Risk anxiety
What if I don't get in? What if the visa is rejected?
Schedule time saved by skipping interviews
Estimated persona precision, to be validated
INITIAL SCOPE
Pages. It read like a catalogue.
Restructured around
Questions students ask, stage by stage.
01
The page follows the decision journey, not the service catalogue.
Students move through eight stages. The site's structure follows that path. Home, How It Works and the assessment are the main route. Destination and course pages support the decision at the stage where a student needs them.
The bet
A student who sees their own decision steps on page one trusts the consultant more than one who sees a list of services.

02
Specialisation is the first message.
Healthcare only: MBBS, MD/MS, BDS, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, Ayurveda and allied health. A generalist consultancy cannot make that claim credibly, so it works as a trust signal on its own.
The bet
A narrow focus reads as expertise, not as limitation.
03
The main call to action asks for less.
"Book a consultation" asks an unsure student to commit to a sales call. The primary action is the Free Profile Assessment, which asks about the student: course interest, path preference and location. Booking stays available as the secondary action.
Honest note
The assessment currently has six required fields. "Asking for less" is only true if the first step is short. The planned two-step form (course and path first, contact details second) is not built yet, so no lower-friction claim is made.
04
Proof sits beside the decision.
Credentials, partner universities and student stories sit near the assessment call to action, not in a separate section at the bottom. The student reads the proof at the moment they decide whether to act.
The bet
Proof far from the action gets skipped. Proof next to the action gets read.
05
Testimonials answer specific fears.
Each quote answers a different fear. Shown with the student's name and course, in their own words. No photos.
06
Fees are handled as guidance, not a price list.
Fees are the question students fear most. The site answers the fear directly: no hidden charges, instalment-friendly options, and a clear explanation of what each figure includes. Specific fee figures are not shown here, because the source material does not yet agree on them.
THE REAL LESSON
